Lives and works in South Korea

I ask about the wonders of nature and the human perception on the value of nature and life through sculpture and installation work. For my recent works in last few years I collect and use the things not needed or discarded by human. I capture, by chance or on purpose, easily overlooked subjects in daily life such as trivial things abandoned along the street, on a small alley, or in the field, and then transport them to a time and space I want them to be, as if I collect living and nonliving things. I witness phenomena of times I missed through indirect social experiences and find the silent language in an emotional landscape full of contradiction. This is my artistic proposal which often reveals the truth hidden by the norms, natural, urban and social and makes viewers as living beings to reconsider their attitude in dealing with nature.
