Payam Mofidi

Lives and works in Paris, France

Payam Mofidi is an Iranian Painter and Animation Filmmaker born in 1980 Tehran, Iran. He has graduated with BA in Graphic Design in 2005 from Azad University Tehran he also received his degree with honors from l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, Paris in 2009. Mofidi has shown his works internationally in a great number of festivals and group exhibitions over the years and He has won Jury’s special prize from “Rythmetic” International Festival in 2010. 

Babak Golkar

Krista Nassi

Krista Nassi is an Iranian-American artist best known for her outspoken installations and paintings. Evocative and impressionistic, her paintings truly reflect the whimsy and sensitivity of their artisan. The subjects of her installations inspire thought and are deeply reflective of the modern and kaleidoscopic conditions of life. Embedded in each piece is a narrative of a woman whose voice and message is patient yet brazen, feminine yet fierce. Krista’s vision is a bold display of earnest yearning for harmony and justice.

Mona Aghababaee

Lives and works in Iran

Mona Aghababaee is an artist who lives and works in Iran. Most of her works are based on historical events and social issues in her homeland. She uses different mediums to explore new possibilities for her challenges in human and gender. Abstraction in some of her work is a means of transformation to educe hidden meaning through allusion.

Sara Rahbar

Born in Tehran, Iran in 1976
Lives and works in New York.

Rahbar pursued an interdisciplinary study program in New York from 1996-2000 and also studied at London’s Central Saint Martins College of Art and design from 2004-2005. Her work ranges from photography to sculpture to installation and always stems from her personal experiences and is largely autobiographical.

Mohammad Eskandari

Born in 1982, Tehran, Iran
Lives and works in Teheran, Iran

Graduating from high school, he entered the UNIVERSITY OF ART and studied painting (2000-2005). He submitted his thesis on “The influences of the Islamic Revolution on Iranian Contemporary painting” in 2008. He has held 5 solo exhibitions in Daryabeygi Gallery (2000), Elahe Gallery (2004) , Mah Art Gallery (2006) and Tarrahan Azad Gallery (2009)-(2010). He has also participated in 20 group exhibitions from which the most prominent ones are the 3rd and 4th Tehran’s biennial of the Islamic World painting, respectively in 2004 and 2006. Mohamad Eskandari has participated in several exhibitions in Europe.

Jaret Vadera

Jaret Vadera is a New York-based interdisciplinary artist originally from Toronto, Canada. He received his undergraduate education at the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, the Cooper Union in New York, and his MFA from the Yale University School of Art. His work has been exhibited in a number of venues including: the Queens Museum of Art, New York; Project 88, Mumbai; Thomas Erben, New York; Paved Art + New Media, Canada; The Travancore Palace, New Delhi; The Cultural Foundation of Corsica, France; and the New York Arab & South Asian Film Festival, New York.
